Deactivates the sub-account: it can no longer log in and is no longer among the sub-accounts, and its One-Click payment methods, automatic renewals, deferred payment and unified billing are revoked. The response is 404 when the account is not an active sub-account of the reseller, 403 when the account of the token cannot manage sub-accounts

Edit an existing user sub-account. Only the given fields change, with the rules of the creation: a field required by the creation cannot be emptied, and phone and mobile numbers are given together with their prefix
